After finishing week 1, I have gone from 225.6 to 217lbs.
I tweaked my lower back (form issues, I’m sure) so I had to drop down on the grinds for this week. With the lighter weight I’m focusing on really dialing in the form and increasing the number of ladders/sets. I hope to be back up to the 5RM size next week. I’m dialed in on the nutrition. Cheat day was epic. I forgot about the BCAA’s on fast day till around 2pm and was only able to get around 45g down. I’ll start much earlier this week.
