Off-Topic Are periodic WHM rounds as effective as subsequent WHM rounds?

I find it sometimes difficult to do the WHM breathing rounds back to back like the method is taught and I much prefer to do the rounds spaced out over 30-45 minutes.

I’m concerned I’m sacrificing some of the effectiveness of the exercise by not doing the rounds back to back. From what I remember reading, doing the exercises alkalizes the blood then you stop and it goes back to normal. I’m wondering if doing the rounds back to back contributed to this process and it’s effectiveness. I’m concerned that by spacing my rounds out, I’m not going to get the same effects. Or does the ph of our blood always start at square one at the start of the round, thus making no difference.

I understand that doing the method in any capacity is good for me but I would sacrifice my comfort to get a more effective exercise.
