Greeting all,
This is my first thread after couple of years following this great community and other community. But i am always attached here.
I own many of Pavel books and I own Q&D. Saying that, after many hours of reading and working out with kettlebells. I have couple of questions that need expert answers:-
1) since the main philosophy of SF is to be strong first, why not follow barbell program like Starting Strength to get strong ? All recommendations are referring to S&S!!!
2) can you get strong with following S&S only? I know the return of investment is high when it comes to endurance and WTH effect. But what about strength? Dr. Craig mention in his article HIRT vs HIIT the following “Separate strength from conditioning. Do not think HIRT as a way to build strength. You must be strong first.”
3) Can “Anti Glycolysis Training” method be applied to Barbell training? If yes, how this can be applied.
Thanks to all.
