Setting goals for May this morning.
1. Do a full set of one handed swings with 16 kg
2. Do a full set of get ups with 12 kg
3. Do a tactical pull up
4. Drop 5 lbs of body weight along the way
I don’t think I will be traveling at all this month, so I have no excuses to be anything but consistent and knock these goals out!!!
