Bent press is a new movement for me. 20kg feels light. Be gentle.
James, looks pretty good to me! Just 3 small tips:
- keep pointing the palm of your kettlebell hand forward, to avoid "unscrewing" the shoulder (especially on your left)
- create better lat shelf in the bent press rack - let the elbow sing further backward and down (especially on your right)
- start to incorporate heavier weight - gradually, patiently, of course.
