TSC Can I use Q&D to train for the May 7th TSC?

YO! whats up everyone. First post here so dont beat me up to much :)

Ive read Q&D and tried to do some reserach here. I think I have clarity on how to use Q&D for KB Snatches but Im struggling to understand how to use the philosophy for pulls.

Is it same to say that for KB snatches?

I would train the following way

@ 0 seconds do 5 KB Snatches with right arm
@ 30 seconds do 5 KB Snatches with left arm
@ 1 minute do 5 KB Snatches with right arm
@ 1:30 minute do 5 KB Snatches with left arm

Rest till 3:00

@ 3:00 minutes do 5 KB Snatches with right arm
@ 3:30 minutes do 5 KB Snatches with left arm
@ 4 minute do 5 KB Snatches with right arm
@ 4:30 minute do 5 KB Snatches with left arm

Rest till 6 minutes

Thats considered 1 set

How can I use Q/D for pulls? would I do 5 pulls every 30 seconds like above and when those 5 become "easy" would I add weight to the pulls?

You may want to post this in the toplevel forum or have Steve F. move it as it's in the member logs and not too many people will see it.

I've used Q&D to train for the TSC before, what I'd do is use the Q&D for snatches and combine with PTTP or Daily Dose for your deadlifts. Both programs with generous rest between sets/reps.

Have you read THIS article? Assuming by pulls you mean deadlifts and not pull-ups? THIS thread also contains ideas for pull-ups and deadlifts, but not specifically for TSC.
