Play around with it, for me the grip could be the limiting factor. I guess that’s the nice thing about h2h though, limits grip fatigue. I haven’t played around with this protocol enough yet. I had tested with the 40k a bit though so I bet you are capable of handling the 36k. Our strength levels seem to be around the same place if my memory serves.

You’re absolutely right on that! I k ow what you mean by the grip. For me, I’ve always done well with the hook grip for the swings but I find that it’s nearly impossible to obtain that with every hand change, so my palms have already gotten roughed up with the 36.
