Play around with it, for me the grip could be the limiting factor. I guess that’s the nice thing about h2h though, limits grip fatigue. I haven’t played around with this protocol enough yet. I had tested with the 40k a bit though so I bet you are capable of handling the 36k. Our strength levels seem to be around the same place if my memory serves.3/18/2024 AXE
