On the 20th set, I was distracted by my left forefoot coming off the ground while swinging and I missed the switch. My very first KB drop. session ended there.

Woke up not with it today, so I took about 55-60% of normal volume. After the practice, I took a look at my HR Monitor and the graph fluctuated pretty abnormally, so I'm glad I chose to have a light day.

The 32s started as my 1RM. The problem I have with them is that they are awkward as hell. The size is larger than the 36kg and the handles are actually wider than the bell, so it's almost an impossibility to perform Clean and Press without a significant amount of collision going on. I'll have to skip my future plan to perform STRONG! or The Giant as written with the 32s.

What about doing single arm clean and press? Do you have the same collision issues? If not, you could always do a modified RoP.
