Hello all, I’ve been doing janda sit-ups the past few weeks for core training. I’ve reached the point where I can do more than 5 and they’re starting to get easy. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for alternatives. I can’t do hanging leg raises because my pull-up bar is to close to the ground, I can’t hang straight. Thanks in advance

In the words of quintessential hard man Mark Twight... “there is no core”
But that being said... some things you can add are:
  • HS Planks
  • Hollow Rocks
  • Dragon Flags
  • Lateral Flags
Plus you don’t need to ‘hang straight’ to do HLR. Just start from an L-sit position....

You could also look into Stu McGill's Big 3, which takes a more holistic view of the "core".
