    • Calf Stretch
    • 3 x 5
      • 16 kg Goblet Squat
      • SF Hip Bridge
      • 16 kg Halo
  • Practice
    • 5 x 10 -- 24kg TH Swing
    • 5 x 1 -- 16kg TGU
  • Stretching (Always the Same)
  • Other Activities
    • Daily walks to and from work.
    • Walks around town.
    • Spontaneous joint mobility throughout the day.

I'll update this log whenever anything significant happens. This is my plan until I move up in reps or weight.
