I want to give this program a go, been meaning to for a while now
I only have 2x16s or 2x24s
What weight would people recommend i start with, i can do 10-12 presses with the 16s and about 4 with the 24s
Im doing 5x5 c&p with a single 24 at the moment
I do getups with the 24
I do front squats with 2x16s
