Welcome.Can I add at the end of the S & S training a pump, press or pull exercise?
Welcome to the forum. I am aware of others on this forum who pair S&S (at 3-4 days a week) with alternating days of push-ups, pistol squats, and pull-ups (3-5 sets of 3-5 reps with maximal tension and precision).Thank you for your answer. I am a person who is athletic. I practice 4-5 times a week. I've finished ETK (and ROP) with 16 KG Kettlebell. Now I try to slowly go through Simple and sinister, starting from 24 kg.
Are pump ups and pull ups up as an accessory suitable for me? What about the press?
