This past Sunday Steve Freides took a ride out to Deer Park, Long Island and spent the day teaching us the principles and techniques of Flexible Steel. We were a small group which allowed Steve to help each of us really understand the different exercises and techniques to improve our flexibility and unlock more strength! This is not just about "stretching". We learned to incorporate visualization, relaxation and muscular contraction to improve our mobility and flexibility. Steve demonstrated different ways to apply the techniques and guided us through the process. The results were immediate. I highly recommend Flexible Steel to anyone that everyone that is in the business of being strong!
