As mentioned above by @Don Fairbanks the Power Wheel. If you do not have one, but have rings or something, it can work as well. For even more resistance, you can practice them on the floor (a wooden floor with a towel). Once they get easy, you can use a one leg version (on the floor with the towel). Otherwise, nordic curls can also be an option.
I am doing exactly this right now. I pay because it's cheap, I can bring someone along for free, and there's cardio equipment.
As far as the hammies go, it's interesting how much variance there is among different GHRs, 45 degree hyper benches, etc. The Hammer brand 45 degree hyper bench really does hammer my hamstrings compared to some others I've tried.
