Are you doing S&S? Keep reading about the swing and working on all of its nuances. There are also lots of good articles on the StrongFirst blog.

S&S is one of the principle Strong First training protocols. There is a book by Pavel of the same name, that explains it in detail. Many people on this forum practice it. In short it is a minimalist training programme that has its basis in KB Swings and Turkish Get Ups (TGU)
