This is inspired by my journey into "Mass Made Simple" by Dan John and lots of squats. It's a topic I have not seen around here either. We all love max strength training/challenges, but how about rep challenges at your bodyweight? Here are a few of mine
Bench Press - I have done my bodyweight (147 at the time, lifted 150) for 6 reps
Military Press - Max I have hit was at my SFL, I did a single at 115, weighted in at 146 that day. Not close to my bodyweight (yet!)
Back Squat - I didn't do exactly bodyweight, but I took 165 lbs at a bodyweight of 152 lbs for a ride 18 (!) times in my last Mass Made Simple workout.
Front Squat - I want to try this soon. I have done 175 for 4, so I want to hit bodyweight for 12-15 reps.
Deadlift - at 147 lbs, I have done 185 for an "easy" 10 reps. Never tried this one for max reps, but this was always my best lift bar none. I wonder if I could hit 20.
