I didn't intend to get pumped abs today, but it happened anyway during today's hypertrophy stuff:

Barbell Good Mornings (3x10)
Barbell Overhead Squats (3x15)
Pallof Press (3x15)
KB 'Basketball Drills' (2 x 10)
Weighted V Up (3 sets to fail)
Bird Dog (3 x 2 min hold each side)
Dead Bug (3 sets to fail)
Aquamans (3 x 1 min)
KB Deficit Jefferson Curl (5 reps super slow)
We'll see what happens tomorrow in terms of DOMS.
