To be honest I haven't done an S&S session since June, and I haven't really missed it. I just wasn't enjoying it in the end. I think I will eventually go back and tackle Simple, but not right now, I'm liking the easy nature of the PTTP deadlifts and GTG pullups, but I know it isn't a well rounded program to follow for a long time.How are you doing with two-week blocks of PTTP and S&S?
