So, ehm. Due to covid, our holidays got postponed. Still at home. So I theoretically I could continue with STRONG, however decided to take a break. S&S it is. (24, 28, 32). Taking it easy.

Been slacking on online log - lots of good stuff happened in my life :)

Currently doing Moving Target Complex by @Geoff Neupert and Back to basics swing protocol by @Hector G
For the past three weeks I've been attending morning online classes with @Pavel Macek - every tuesday and thursday. I generally train in the morning. Monday, Wednesday and Friday I teach online KB and BW courses.

Get the training done in the morning and then I am ready to take on the day (generally from 09:00 am to 07:00pm I work at my primary job - teacher and researcher at Comenius University in Bratislava).

Finally starting to find the "Groove and Flow" element of Hindu Squats. Overall great morning routine and training in itself. Gotta keep them in my regular regime.
