Finally no training in thevrain today, but some light snow training.

Damn, that KB handle is cold. My fingers are freezing. But coldness is not an excuse and I have the right for 1000019770.jpga short birthday session.

3 ROUNDS OF:
- 4 x 5 one-arm swings (22 kg KB)
- 1 minute rest
- 4 x 5 pushups
- 1 minute rest
4 x 5 KB (22 kg) snatch left side
- 1 minute rest
- 4 x 5 pushups
- 1 minute rest
4 x 5 KB (22 kg) right side
- 1 minute rest
- 4 x 5 pushups
