The concept of it in four parts makes sense to me intellectually but not physically. But, I can fully understand holding the plank until the bell is half way down. It'll come.
This "playing chicken" thing is going to take some work. As for making the legs do what seems like 100% of the work, this was an instant fix. When/if I improve my technique I'll post another video. This might take a while though.
Here is my latest form for swings with the 32kg. The camera angle makes it look like the swings aren't coming to my shoulders, but they are. Bad camera angle, sorry.

I'm no SFG, but let's be honest, and stop blaming camera angles.
Your shoulders are cooked. Mine were the same.
Get a lacrosse ball and massage the pec minor, and do some light rows.
You are a beast, and your dedication and sicipline is something to be admired.
But from personal experience, getting my shoulders connected to my lat was the game changer.
