I wouldn't have usually done more OHP yet but the gym is closed Thursday and Friday for turkey day. Happy for now to get a new squat max with 10lbs more and better form, so apparently squatting 3x per week has in fact paid off. Now 4 days off to hopefully start sort of fresh Monday and maybe go back to squatting twice a week so I can also focus on other things.

Another good session. I pushed squats probably harder than I should've after hitting a new deadlift max Friday, but oh well lol. I had to get a 3rd set of 5 with 225. After 185 for 8 reps I was about a 7 on the breathing scale and starting to get a little bit of headache so I called it there. lol Not sure if I'm going to squat again Wednesday or wait til Friday since my lower back is a bit fried. If I squat Wednesday it'll be a lighter day.

Running 100 fever. Was thinking of taking yesterday off or going light, but not because I'm sick. :mad: Really hoping whatever this is doesn't hang around long because I'm thinking of going for a 290 squat soon. I think the reason I started getting a headache and was so out of breath the last session was because I was getting sick. :mad:

Yeah not happening. Started feeling better yesterday but then my cough started getting worse and fever came back. Pretty sure I have a bronchial infection. Couldn't have happened at a worse time. :mad:

A few lateral raises, front raises, cuban presses, shrugs and curls with 15lb dumbells. It's hard for me to stay away from the weights even if they're 15lbs. ROFL
