Notes

Received my push band in the mail today! Not really sure how to use it yet but I'll figure it out.

I've been noticing some excellent back and shoulder hypertrophy from Simple and Sinister. My body is responding very well to punching the clock and consistency.

The confidence I'm gaining from doing something beneficial everyday, is benefitting me in all aspects of my life. Just having a goal is keeping me grounded and focused.

Now that I'm using the 24kg for all of my get ups, I'm going to keep the get up weight the same until my swings are being done with all the 24kg.

Right On. This is one of the best benefits of S&S. I think the simplicity of it, plus being almost every day does a ton for mental well being.
