@Marc That's fair. I am already reducing my overall intake—hopefully that will go a ways in eliminating some fat. Am hoping a switch to more quick lifts (as Pavel writes it) will also help in getting to the goal. I know I'll have to lose some of the weight I worked hard to gain, but I hope I don't screw up and lose too much.
 
That is my problem... I have a pouch.... My upper abs are sorta visible. I'm 185lbs... I will say, I'm as lean at 185 as i was at 150lbs, so I did something right.... Now i'd like to get to 170 or so.....Problem is... It's the beer.

But i hardly any sweets, no soda, cut back on bread and how much I actually eat and I seem to be slowly loosing weight.
