Well, when Fabio taught us PS and he was writing a deadlift plan as an example, the attempt(s) was not counted. Then I read the manual which clearly states that they should be counted. Why wouldn’t you count them?

Yes, they should be counted as part of the NL in the >90%1RM intensity zoneHere’s my question: should the 2-3 attempts on the test day, after the ramp up, be counted in the total volume?
Thank you very much!
This sounds a little strange to me, as I always count them...Well, when Fabio taught us PS and he was writing a deadlift plan as an example, the attempt(s) was not counted. Then I read the manual which clearly states that they should be counted.
I suppose that maybe it was because the volume was too low? There were 5 top zone lifts in total, and Fabio assigned 1 old 1rm to the test day and 1 in week two. The other 3 were below 95%.
Got it! Perhaps I remembered it wrong.Yes, they should be counted as part of the NL in the >90%1RM intensity zone
