Kettlebell Planned Distribution of Intensity for 033/044 Strong Endurance

I'm wondering if anyone has a recommendation for how to distribute intensity within a structured plan using Strong Endurance Protocols 033/044. For the purposes of this discussion Light intensity would be one KB size (4 kg) less than Medium, and Heavy would be 4 kg more. As a potential comparison, conservative progression recommendation from S&S 2.0 (replacing one set per side with a 4 kg heavier KB every 2 weeks) would average 30% of total volume in first 4 week mesocycle (20% for weeks 1-2, 40% for weeks 3-4).

The intent of this would be to combine intensity variability with volume variability (a.la "Waving Volume on Simple and Sinister combined with a separate intensity variant as in Plan Strong). Again, just for comparison, the recommendation from pg. 94 of Q&D using die roll variability would work out to ~17% Light, 50% Medium, and 33% Heavy.
