Kettlebell Question on kettlebell strong

Is the program based on a 4-5 rep max of double kettlebell clean and press or grinds? In the program it says to use a pair of kettlebells you can use for a tough 4-5 reps on all grinds. I have 2x20 kg kettlebells I can clean and press for about 7 reps before I am gassed. Should I be testing my grinds instead?

The clean and strict press is a grind..

If you already have a copy of strong and are in between (can press your current pair more than 4-5 times but not yet 9-10 times) run the second phase of strong
