I can do significantly more weight on a 2-arm swing.
And if I use the competition kettlebells with the narrower handles, then I can do a little more than on iron kettlebells on the 1-hand swing.
Is this wrong?
Meaning should I be able to do the same weight on both kinds of swings because my back/legs SHOULD be doing the work vs. my grip strength limiting me?
