Dear StrongFirst Brothers and Sisters,
I'm plannig to initiate the StrongFirst Reload Cycle along with Q&D and Pull-ups. The plan would look like this:

Yes, but before I write how it will be going in the following weeks I have to perform 5/5#@5 test. So far I only did 1RM check, and it was 1 rep with 32kg. Not bad, I guess.

Absolutely in the Reload format!
I've not seen pull ups programmed like that (perhaps due to typical size jump of KB).

I'm not familiar with Reload, so maybe this isn't relevant or you've already accounted for it, but for any percentage-based program using pullups, make sure you include bodyweight in the load.

So your 1RM is not 32kg; it's BW+32kg, or about 110kg.

Where you have 80% of 1RM as 25.5, that's 80% of 32, not 80% of 110. 80% of 110 would be 88, so BW+10kg.
