Other/Mixed Resistance loops - pairs or single

Hi,

I'm getting some resistance band loops style. I'm getting a set of bands. There is a deal if I buy two sets ( so two of each resistance level).

I will be getting a platform from clench. My goal is to just stay fit. So entire body workouts. Maybe a slight emphasis on legs and core.

I just don't know if there are a lot of workouts that would benefit from having pairs of bands. Or if Singler of each resistance level is enough.

What are your thoughts?
