Old Forum Rest between plank sets not mentioned on Tim Ferriss podcast

Dear Pavel,

Thank you for all the valuable knowledge you have brought to the world of strength. I would also like to say hi and thank the other helpful people on the forum.

On the Tim Ferriss podcast, Pavel recommends doing the hardstyle plank/ rkc plank for 3 sets of 10 seconds 3 times a week.

Yet the amount of rest between sets was not specified and I remain confused regarding rest pauses:

- full recovery (30min or more) when strenghtening the grip with grippers

- 5-10 minutes of active rest using the grease and groove methodology on the deadlift and other exercises

- how much rest between sets for the plank?

At least 5min; longer (GTG) is better.
