In the original Russian Kettlebell Challenge, Pavel recommends using a light dumbbell, (10-30lbs) for snatching, 2-3 times a week, with optional Bent Pressing.
Has anyone tried this protocol actually using a dumbbell?
What would be different about this program using a dumbbell?
I'd imagine you'd use a heavier dumbbell for the bent pressing. What do you think?
