Tried letting HR come back down between swing sets <125 bpm which made session longer. Hoping this will be more A+A style with recovery rather than fixed intervals. Also put in 1 set of 32kg getups, going to try working these in more over the next few weeks.

Decided to run a test day but had to cut workout short and only got the swings in. Did not make the 5 minute limit, after about 6 sets when I got close to my max HR I started slowing down and it took longer to complete each set.

Missed several days, feeling well rested so jumped back into it with the 32kg. Also dropped hip bridges as I don't feel they are making much difference, will see how things feel.

Lost track of count during swings, did an extra set L+R for 12 instead of 10 total. Also focused on letting HR drop back down below 120bpm before starting next set, this made the swings take a bit longer. Fixed notation for TGU, was writing 1x5 but I really mean 5 sets of 1 L+R not sure why we don't just write this as 10 sets of 1 like swings are 10 sets of 10....
