Kettlebell Snatches and tension inside elbow

This is not what you think. Snatches did not give me elbow issues. Quite the contrary.

I am a wood carver, specifically something called chip carving. I find I have to really put down the pressure on larger, deeper cuts into the wood. You can get away with this for a while but I sometimes lose track and get too deep into my work and end up with acute tendonitis inside my elbow. I receive instant relief with one snatch. Keep in mind, this isn't a persistent issue, but more acute. I spent a lot of time this year with the snatch and took some time off from it to pursue rings and C&P. I picked up the carving knife again two weeks ago, and had a little bit of that tension in the elbow the first week. I have been doing snatches for a week and can say it has worked like a charm, and I this this rebound, although anecdotal, in having worked out the kinks in my snatch technique.

Some exercises are not for everyone but a properly executed exercise, in my experience, can help a lot of people.
