Another week of running the Kettlebell Strong program for snatches. Today my training called for 10x1/1 with 36kg. I mixed in 3 singles with 40kg, and it felt really solid.
Also, for some reason my hands felt great today and had no issues with pinching. Cool!
In addition, I have been doing more bodyweight exercises including pull ups, pistols, and neuro grip push ups. Feeling good!
