My goal in 2015 was to focus on following S and S and sticking to the program. I did this and have reaped the benefits of doing so. I have also been incorporating OS resets into the program and have enjoyed doing so. Anyhow, I have very tight hamstrings, I have just Pavels relax into stretching but as yet have not read it. I have just been using OS. Should I target the hamstrings through static stretches??
