Time for a form check on my swings i guess (next to impossible to get instruction here in Luxembourg)
I have a few observations myself that I think I need to work on, but I'd rather not say anything yet and see what the experts think first!
Currently doing 12 sets of 8 with the 32kg (in order to not spike my HR too high), working towards 10x10 but i am in no rush. The videos were taken on the last set for each side (I thought I'd use the last ones to emphasize any form issues after getting tired... I can post earlier sets too if that helps)
so... let's see if this works
