Pretty impressive w/o's for a young guy. I'm roughly the same size and about 12 years older. Seriously, I like what you're doing.

Not much in terms of "structured training" lately. But plenty of GPP with assembling a shed, moving furniture, cleaning/re-arranging the garage, etc., etc. I did get out today for a nice 2 hour ride on the Las Vegas Strip on the beach cruisers with my wife and daughter. Beautiful sunny morning and covered about 8 miles. Looking forward to more lifting and rowing next week!

I've decided it's time to consult with an orthopedic MD about my shoulder impingement...very frustrated with my limited ROM and loss of strength due to inability to train pressing movements.

Practicing the shoulder rack on the PCs. I tend to have a floating rack position due to poor flexibility in my arms and wrists. Happy with both the front and back squats as I was able to squat in my Rehband sleeves (instead of wraps) without any discomfort.
