Other/Mixed The 2024 Press Big Plates for Reps

Other strength modalities (e.g., Clubs), mixed strength modalities (e.g., combined kettlebell and barbell), other goals (flexibility)
So I don't have any safety bars on my setup. I've loaded 395 on my bar, controlled ot down to my chest and tested how long I could control it without being in any kind of panic or concern for injury. I can go a good 45 seconds to a minute without concern, which is more than enough time for my wife(or kid, whoever is with me) to pull the collar off and let me dump it. I hate uncollared because I feel like the weights will slide on me and become uneven.

Just to clarify previous comment because rereading it I sound like a crazy person, current rep max is 325x2, with current 1RM of 355 for bench
