I've recently taken an interest in a lot of Stu McGill's concepts on back safety in lifting performance. However, I don't fully understand what is meant by the "lifter's wedge."
Is that just a matter, as Pavel has discussed before, of staying tight during the lift or is there more to this technique than that?
