I went from a 12 minute forwards crawl in December 2016, to a 40 minute forwards crawl and a 34 minute backwards one.
I thoroughly loved exploring all resets and have gotten a huge amount out of all of them.
I also achieved multiple rep pistols, kosak squats and shrimp squats - without ever training them much.
Rack chin weights have all gone up steadily without concerted effort....it all comes from consistent OS.
This year....continueing to mot worry about the destination, but simply enjoying the blessing that is the journey.
I also wouldn't mind hitting a crow to handstand pose and a one arm pushup.
