NTS:
Swing was out of shape tonight, leaning back on upswing and not engaging posterior correctly. TGU much better however; my left side elbow roll was more effective, with better lead from chest, and the free hand being better positioned, set further back on tall sit.

*Slow on swings tonight, lacking energy, taking longer pauses between sets.

*Get up’s feeling stronger and more confident. DO NOT, increase sets with 32kg until the 28kg feels truly easy.

Single Clean & Press: 06:30

*Itching to add another set with the 32kg, but still holding off.

Strong tonight, form feels better, upper arms staying tight to torso.

Technique is definitely coming on, free hand staying further back on tall sit, keeping shoulder down, and allowing increased range of movement as foot is drawn back. Left Get Up as strong as right.

Single Clean & Press:
R) 3 x 5 - 20kg
L) 3 x 5 - 20kg

Bar hang: 1 x 60 secs.

The cold is definitely starting to kick in, ensure recovery between each set.

First sets a bit wobbly, balance is definitely off.

Single Clean & Press:
R) 3 x 5 - 20kg
L) 3 x 5 - 20kg
Feeling strong still on clean and press.
 
NTS: Lousy cold, haven’t felt the energy to do very much at all this past few days, even my appetite is off!

Chest feels wheezy still, but altogether, not bad.

The cold is definitely still with me, breathing is hard, 32kg feels like a ton of weight tonight.

Get Ups: 13:50

L) 4 x 1 - 28kg, 1 x 32kg
Not bad, not as strong as previous sessions but left is keeping up with right, so all is good.

Chin-ups: 04:10
4 x 5 reps.
