Just another plug for getting a 28 kg kettlebell; it was enormously helpful for acting as a bridge between the 24 and the 32.

I had a 28kg bell but following some advice here and in one of Pavel’s articles I decided to go directly to 32kg. Man up, as PT said. It works, although the first attempts feel that it is unliftable. But, once I progressed to using 32kg only on almost every session I found it useful to start using 28kg on off days as 24kg didn’t seem useful anymore.
