"I use functional training in order to help me better live my non-functional lifestyle." Hahaha.... I wish this weren't true, but it is! I have to stop and have a little moment of celebration the few times a month where I get to spontaneously use the strength and function that I've built. The world that I live in caters to non-function to the point where function and strength is almost irrelevant.
However, feeling good and being pain-free will always be relevant, and no one can provide for that externally!
