This spring I was at TSC for the first time. I did not touch the bar 6 months prior (only one week before, to have a grasp, how I should open).
My preparation for all three events was GPP in the form of lots of A+A snatching and some S&S, no preparation on the events itself.
My DL stayed at 2,5 bodyweight. It was not my absolute max, since I got through A+A training 10 kilos lighter.
In the way how I did overall at TSC I am quite content with. In general I was physically prepared. A+A snatching is great GPP training in my opinion and seems to preserve some lifts quite well. Also my press stayed at half bw with very little pressing.
