Other/Mixed Wedging - Explanation

Other strength modalities (e.g., Clubs), mixed strength modalities (e.g., combined kettlebell and barbell), other goals (flexibility)
I'd seen this term several times and never understood it until I saw this Brett Jones video today. Might be useful for other folk



Given that explanation, can I think of wedging as being the reverse of a hip hinge ?

More of continuing what you started with the hip hinge
