Hey Guys and Gals,
My wife is starting with kettlebells so we are working through Chris Lopez's Advanced Fat Loss program and have already hit a problem. My wife has a bad wrist and cant do get-ups. She cant bend her left wrist much less put pressure on it. She can do Push-ups on her fists but she said get-ups put to much pressure on her fist. Any adivce on how she might try doing them or an alternative exercise would be greatly appreciated!!!
