Which do you think is better for the lower trap muscle?

Thanks.If you’re looking to isolate just the lower trap, than the Y and I exercises are the most commonly prescribed but hardly the best. Chin up do get the low traps but not best at isolating them.
Look up ‘low trap ift off’ to find my favorite one.
