Ysabel Benecken

My Name is Bella and I am currently living in Heilbronn, Germany (in between Mannheim and Stuttgart). During the week, I also commute to Munich where my workplace is located. Essen (Ruhrpott) in West Germany is another place I visit each now and then.
I am open for training sessions in all these areas, arragend by individual agreement.

My love for the kettlebell has its origin back in 2014. I was immediately impressed by this useful tool, when I saw some of these in a friend's living room.
Visiting some well-known RKC instructors througout Germany helped me to dive deeper into this sport, gain some specific knowledge and improve my technique. Additonelly I could expand my skillset through some impressions of the Kettlebell Girevoy Sports.
I got my official RKC Certificate in 2016 and my RKCII (taught by Dan John) one year later.

In 2019 I deceided to join the Strong Frist family to learn from and meet much more coaches and improve my skills.

Besides kettlebell training, I really dig barbell exercises and I am fascinated by Strongman and Highland Games sports. Recently I also jointed a weightlifting club in Munich.

My sports background: I have been a passionate dance for 29 years and was an active member in a modern and contemporary dance cormation in the top leage of Germany.
