Silly goose, my coach picks all my metric lifts. anything over 32kg might as well be make believe weight.I thought it was 200 kg

Nothing super crazy but I did an amrap at the end of my 5x5 training. I got 320x10.
so in order to lift 500 lbs you just need to lift it cold? has @silveraw heard that
